After my husband Derrick retired from the military and was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, we began searching for ways to enjoy sweets without risking his health. I spent three years perfecting sugar-free candies and chocolates made with natural ingredients—full of flavor, without the aftertaste or blood sugar spikes. While managing my environmental asthma, candy making became my therapy. Together, we turned our challenges into Creative Eats—a labor of love proving healthy indulgence can still taste extraordinary.
